Fort Bend Leadership Forum

Now celebrating its 38th year, the Fort Bend Leadership Forum remains one of the region’s premier leadership development programs.

Fort Bend County is growing, changing, and leading in ways that are shaping the future of our region. As one of the most diverse and fastest-growing counties in the nation, Fort Bend needs leaders who are informed, connected, and ready to make a meaningful impact.

The Fort Bend Leadership Forum is designed for emerging and established leaders who want to better understand the people, systems, and opportunities that drive our community forward. Through immersive experiences, behind-the-scenes access, and candid conversations with key decision-makers, participants gain a deeper understanding of the issues influencing Fort Bend County’s growth, resilience, and quality of life.

This is not a traditional classroom program. The Forum offers hands-on learning across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, giving participants a firsthand look at the challenges and opportunities shaping our county, from infrastructure and economic development to education, public safety, healthcare, government, and community leadership.
